June 28th, 2004 - BullenUltrasonics, Inc. has been named as one of the top 25 companies in the small company category of the 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America list, a joint endeavor of the Great Place to Work® Institute (GPTWI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The list was announced June 28, 2004 before 13,000 human resource professionals at the SHRM 56th Annual Conference & Exposition in New Orleans. GPTWI ranked and selected the companies based on employees' responses to a standardized survey, supplemental materials submitted by the companies, and information gathered from external sources. The small company category, in which Bullen placed nineteenth, is for firms with 50 to 250 employees.

This year marks the launch of the list, which ranks the top 25 small and top 25 medium companies in America ranging in size from 50 to 999 employees that have used smart people management strategies to develop a strong trust between employees and management. Winning organizations are listed on the GPTWI Web site at www.greatplacetowork.com and will appear in the July issue of SHRM’s HR Magazine.

Each of these events alone is a stress raiser and challenging to any employee group.
